Silicon Carbide Industrial R&D and Knowledge Exchange

R2B Forum | Nov 30, 2023 | 9 AM (Stockholm) | online via Zoom

Silicon carbide manufacturing is the heart of progress. It started with the challenges in crystal growth in 1990s. Small samples. High quality was achieved by using Lely plates which had size about 10 mm in diameter. Micropipes.

Today it is large area at 6 and inch diameter. Volume production.

That offers and opportunity for new R&D using the wafers. New research, new industrial manufacturing, new markets.

At this forum we meet and discuss the future of SiC manufacturing for R&D and industry.
