Alminica AB is a Swedish SME which supports research to business. The company was founded by Dr. Mikael Syväjärvi, who has experience in developing crystal growth processes of advanced materials and creating start-ups and technology transfer businesses.

Alminica helps businesses to create value from research. The company does this by providing training, courses, and workshops on how to transfer knowledge, create impact, and build innovation capacity. We also offer non-academic placement, secondments, and student and researcher exchange programs.

Alminica is a part of EU projects regarding transfer of knowledge, impact creation, and innovation capacity building. An SME in an EU project is an added value, as it provides a realistic motivation for how to create impact and exploitation.
