This workshop has focus in silicon carbide crystal growth and manufacturing at the interface of research and industry. Presentation can include fundamental crystal growh with a reflection on the possible ways to industrialize the research, as well as sharing learnings or needs from industrial manufacturing that could be solved by research. Other aspects relevant to manufacturing is also included.

The aim is to create meeting so new opportunities emerge.
